This Autumn colours Boho inspired fringed macrame wall hanging has been handmade in England using a mix of natural and synthetic wools, cotton macrame cord and lava stone beads. This wall hanging had a hint of Nordic style.
It hangs from a found & polished tree stick which measures approximately 31cm long
The hanging fringe measures about 23cm wide and about 37cm from the top of the wood to the longest part of fringe.
I think it would look great mounted directly on the wall with small hooks to hang the wood on (or screws as they won’t really been seen as they would be hidden by the fibres), you could then remove the hanging loop.
If you prefer you can use the attached hanging loop with one hook / screw instead.
Each of my Boho fringed hangings is unique and I hope that makes it extra special, as I have enjoyed creating each one as individuals, this one’s colour palette was inspired by Reg my Jack Russel. I loved thinking which bead, which knots, which plaits etc should go where…..
